終於黎到呢個TRIP既第4日喇~ 哈！
皆因呢期朝早掛住同朋友吹水。之後就去跑步~
接完仔放學又忙足一日。累到晚晚暗佢地自己都訓埋 ^^
跑左個零月。由125 磅 > 今日磅下118呀！！
不過我無配合飲食呀。仍然大啖大啖CREAM擺入口。
否則效果更佳！呵呵~

晨早起身。我好面矇地落樓拎早餐上房食。
